This boutique hotel is perfect in every way. The location is central to everything. Metro, taxis are within 200 ft of the hotel. The staff are tuned in to your every need and go above and beyond to assit you. Especially Alpesh and Nicole, my very two favorites. The rooms are smaller, as most Parisian hotels, but extremely well thought out with all the amenities that you would require. Beds were very comfortable, pillows perfect for me and so, so quiet at night. The bathrooms were very clean, well equipt and plenty of hot water! The breakfast buffet was perfect and delicious, with plenty of buttery croissants!!! I made myself lovely lattes every morning from there cool machine. they also have regular coffee and lots of teas! This is my 11th visit to Paris and I have stayed at American hotels, Parisian hotels and apartments. This is my final hotel for Paris, I will stay here from now on it is that perfect. I dont know how a family of 5-6 would work without a few rooms but for everyone else, it is superb! My only hesitation in giving my review is that now everyone will find out about it and will always be booked! I love you Hotel Britannique!

Little gem in town. Staff really makes the difference in the experience provided at the hotel, professional and efficient 24/7. Good mattress and pillows, breakfast really interesting for the price we have paid ! Our new main place in Paris

The Britannique is very nicely located at the heart of Paris, many sightseeing spots can be easily accessed in walking distance, the hotel has a very nice overall style and atmosphere, it is very clean, all the staff are very friendly and supportive, the room was small, but perfectly equipped, room service was very good. Why, if the experience is so good, not a top rating? Well, there is the concern with the fire escape way: A wooden staircase covered with carpet! So, how do you want to get out of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th. 5th or oveen 6th floor in case of a fire??? I do not want to imagine this scenario :-(

Close to so many great sights. If i ever come back to Paris I will definitely stay at the Britannique again. Only drawback is you advertise 24/7 hours 7 day a week Concierge. While the desk staff (Alposh, Nicole & Tenzine) were super friendly and very helpful with travel & attractions they were not true. Concierge's.

Excellent location, very clean, wonderful service and helpful attitude. The wifi is a bit weak. In the spring, the AC does not operate officially. (It gets turned on in the summer.) So when we had a unexpected 80 degree spring day, it was a bit warm. Regardless, we opened the window a little bit and we were fine.
